How mid-term rentals work
- From 2 months – minimum and maximum stay are shown in every listing.
- Furnished – move in and feel at home, no furniture needed.
- Monthly rent – each listing shows whether electricity, water and internet are included.
- Direct contact – you write to the provider through the inquiry form in the listing.
In Greece, leases of 60 days or more are regular tenancies – not tourist short-term rentals.
