2. Description of Services
We provide advisory and support services for people who wish to emigrate to Greece or have already done so, in particular in the areas of:
Dealing with authorities and administration (e.g. tax number/AFM, social security number/AMKA), opening a bank account, vehicle registration and import, utility services (electricity, water, internet), special tax regimes (e.g. the 7% flat-tax scheme for pensioners), property search and brokerage, and personal initial consultations for individual advice.
The exact scope of each service results from the individual agreement with the client, in particular from the offer or service description communicated prior to engagement.
3. No Legal or Tax Advice
Our services do not constitute legal advice within the meaning of Greek or other professional regulations, nor do they constitute tax advice. Where our activity touches on legal or tax matters, we work with, or refer clients to, independent, duly licensed lawyers and tax advisors in Greece. Any referral is made to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee as to the outcome of any procedure or decision by an authority.
4. Scheduling Appointments and Communication
Through our website you can request a non-binding initial consultation or select an appointment slot. After receiving your request, we will usually contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the appointment and discuss next steps. There is no entitlement to a specific appointment until it has been expressly confirmed by us.
5. Prices and Payment
Where individual services are subject to a fee, the price, scope of service and payment terms will be communicated separately before the contract is concluded, for example in the relevant offer or on the corresponding booking page. Where payment is made online, it is processed via an external, certified payment service provider; details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If you conclude a distance contract with us as a consumer within the meaning of the Greek Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994, as amended, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. The specific withdrawal instructions, deadlines and any exceptions (in particular where you expressly request that performance begin immediately) will be communicated to you separately and in full when a paid contract is concluded.
7. Obligations of Users
You undertake to provide truthful information when using the website and our services and not to misuse the website, in particular not to distribute unlawful content or impair the functioning of the website.

The content of this website, in particular texts, images, graphics and the structure of the website, is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution or other use beyond private use requires our prior written consent.
9. Liability
We provide our advisory services with the care customary in the industry. We naturally cannot assume liability for the success of any matter before an authority (e.g. the issuance of a tax number, the approval of an application), as the decision rests with the competent Greek authorities. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body or health, where we are also liable for ordinary negligence; liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.

Our website contains links to third-party websites. We have no influence over their content and therefore assume no liability for it. The respective provider is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Greek law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business clients is Thessaloniki, Greece.
14. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
